Notes

I think my training was going great because I was mostly fresh, but I also think I wasn't quite ready for the volume and intensity. I'm feeling a little cooked. I did my workout off the track so I wasn't worried about pace. Felt good to run outside - no real sense of the injury anymore, which is great. Lower mileage week was helpful, but still not at 100%
