Notes

A good run. I still feel like I'm recovering after yesterday and didn't run this morning so I could sleep in. Felt way better by this afternoon. Workout was 40 min with 20x(1 min @ 5:25 pace 1 min @ 5k pace). Woo boy. What a workout. I wound up doing pretty damn good out on the hills in Nashville/West Bolton. Mapped it out afterwards and it looks like my pace was about 5:20 on average so about on pace. Felt so tired by the end, but strong throughout.
