Notes

5x3 minutes @ 5min/mi with 1 minute jog between (held the jog at a steady pace). I felt okay, but my legs still felt a little thin - like when I was going easier it wasn't much of a problem, but after I sped up a bit I could feel the fatigue in them from last week rather easily.
