3 x 1600, 1200, 800, 400 @ 75/lap with 400m jog between each interval
2 mile cool down
I'm really strong right now. This was a tough workout for sure, but I managed just fine. A bit hesitant coming in as I felt pretty tired from Saturday. Last week I didn't have any problems, but I was on the treadmill and I don't think that it was quite as fast as 75s. I was essentially perfect on pacing. I wound up running 74.5 on basically every single lap, which was pretty awesome. Even at the end I was still hitting super even splits. Felt great to be that in control of my pacing, even with being so tired.
