Easy run with Darren. Once around Central Park from 113th and CP West then over at 96th to the west side highway. Finished at Crumpler to say hi to Meryl. I felt super, but Darren felt a little tired (though he did set the pace). It was great to catch up with him and watch the sun drop over New Jersey.
