Ran quite a bit today, more than I would have wanted. I wonder if running the same thing over and over again is bad for your rhythm. E.g. if I run 10 miles every day along the same am I getting my body locked into that rhythm? Today felt pretty good, I clocked one mile around 6:10, the rest I didn't have on a watch but were comparable. Tomorrow I'll bike to work and then do a fartlek on the way home.
