Hmmm...I think I could've been faster, but I was definitely pleased with the effort overall. There was a pretty stiff headwind on the back straight, so I found it a little hard to get totally into an even pace.

That damn 3rd mile. But still, My 3 fastest miles would come out to a 15:12 5k, which is a lot better than I was at the start of the season. I felt steady throughout, but tired after a long day and long week of running. I'm looking forward to building back some of my energy as I back off mileage a bit.
