Tested out the new shoes. Felt incredible. It was rainy and gritty on the roads and I think I got stuff in my shoes that rubbed my heels raw. Bummer. Will have to wear high socks/band aids when I race in them.
5x 4,3,2 min on with half time for recovery and 3 min b/w sets
Cut the last one a little short just because I was running out of time. Otherwise, felt great. Supposed to be 10k pace, but not really sure what splits I was hitting.
