I took yesterday off partly as a result of scheduling, but also thought it wouldn't hurt to have a little R&R (August 4 was my last day off). Today's workout looked easy on paper, but I still am just not feeling a ton of pop in my legs. That along with making it a bit longer it was a tough one.

400, 800, 1200, 1600 all @ 10k, 4x200m @ 85%, 2x400m fast

I was surprised at how relaxed the speed work felt at the end of the workout. If nothing else, it's a pretty nice change from earlier in the summer.
