Ta Da! I'm done with my training. Today was tough, as I knew it would be. I'm totally beat from the long weak of training and a longer day Friday, a long day yesterday, and a lot of time on my feet the last few days. But basically it was an uneventful day. I ran to the track with a water bottle and 4 waffles and ran 29 miles before heading back home. I got splits every 3 miles (ran in lane 2 for the first lap of each mile to make it a full mile). I wanted to run about 6:40 pace and was pretty good:
