Oof. A real toughie. 28x400@68-75s w/ 200m jog.

I wound up running about 69/70 for each interval, except a couple 71s and closed in 69, 68, then 67. It was tough to hit pace with a really strong wind. I felt tired by the end, which is not surprising. But I also felt like running 70s was pretty relaxed. Hard to imagine in a race not being able to hold that for a 5k. I'm pretty happy to be back down mileage wise next week.

I feel so strong and fit right now, but like I'm pushing my body up to the edge. My lungs hurt post workout from the super dry wind. My right groin muscle is stiff for the first minute of some of my runs. But every time I get out and run I just feel so fluid and alive. I don't think I need to back off the mileage unless that's part of the plan as I'm also handling the increased volume really well and each day gets me feeling stronger.
