This was a pretty solid workout. The pace felt hard, but this is the kind of stuff I need to be doing to get faster. I'm excited to keep building up my speed and starting to get more comfortable running at that pace. I'd like to work towards 2:20 even for the 800s and 2:50-2:55 for the 1ks. The last set felt pretty tough, but I was still even and relaxed from start to finish.
