Bingo. Another one. Quite the string of workouts. I keep saying this, but I feel "back." I suppose the next step is to feel progress.
2.5 mile warm up
4x1.5 @ 7:30, 7:31, 7:31, 7:30
800m jog between slooooow
2 mile cool down
Oh boy did those intervals feel so controlled. I was pretty damn tired (I've done workouts or long runs from last week: Wednesday, Fri, Sun, Tues, Th, so I haven't had much recovery between hard efforts. I was hoping to run today's intervals with the goal of just feeling in control of the pace. My first lap was a 73, but basically every other lap was a perfect 75.
