Notes

Nice long warm up to track (4.5 miles) then nice and short intervals. Felt great to put some speed in my legs.

I probably should have just added another couple of 200s on the second half of the workout but I wasn't really thinking. Kind of felt like I could have kept doing that forever. Looking forward to the race on Saturday.
