Notes

More of a fartlek type workout. 7 mile warm up and then 6x3 min @ 5:30 pace or so with 90s recover at 7:00 pace. Felt awesome. The whole run was a bit quick since I was trying to get back before Cedar went down for a nap and was happy with how relaxed that felt after last night's tempo.
