4x mile @ 5:15-20 pace. I'm down in Florida and the big blocks are almost exactly 1 mile apart. I took a little bit more than a 3 minute jog, but otherwise felt pretty good. I didn't have any splits, so the first one was a bit fast as I was getting calibrated. There was a pretty strong diagonal headwind on the 2nd and 4th intervals, so they were tougher. The third one I consciously held back, but still struggled to stay strong. The last one was a total breeze, even with the wind. Overall, felt pretty good.
