Notes

Barf. Not great. I was really hoping and thinking it was possible that I'd be able to run faster. I waited until about 9:30, so it was already hot out, but I don't think that should've impacted me that much.

3k @ 9:21. Felt mostly relaxed and in control through 2k (~6:12) then dropped off a bit the last 600m.

2k @ 6:18. Not great. Went through 1k in 3:08 and then fell off a bit. I really had to push in the 200m to stay under 6:20.

15:40 is pretty dismal considering how far into my training block I am.
