Felt really comfortable. My easy pace feels super comfortable. A few months ago, 7:00/mile was pushing my aerobic. Now I have to strain to go that slow and my comfortable pace is back to what it used to be. I've got lots of little aches and pains that come and go (the knee's much better), but on the whole I'm healthy and eager to get out and race.
