Notes

I feel a mix of incredibly strong and totally zapped. I know that 5k speed is in these legs. I just need to heal up the tiredness. I took yesterday off and ran today - felt light and jaunty. Will make decisions about my workouts this week on a day to day basis to make sure I'm not pushing into the red.
