Not bad, not bad. 2nd fastest 5k ever (fastest on a track). I kind of floated through the first mile and then settled into a slightly slower pace. I know I'm capable of running faster physically and think that it was just the mental piece that held me back. Not sure exactly why or how to change that, but I know there's more there. I think a race setting and people to run with would help a lot.
