Notes
Took yesterday off and definitely needed that. I left Michigan today and didn't get to rochester till late. I ate dinner and then headed out the door around 9:30pm. Felt super sloggy in my stomach. Ran with a tail wind that helped for the tempo after a 34 minute warm up. Felt faster than my pace indicated, but also felt relaxed. Almost stopped on tempo to take a shit, but wound up holding it together. Would like to test my fitness in the next few weeks with a good old 10k tempo.
