Notes

2 mile warm up. 4 miles at 5:10 pace. Felt super super strong. Faster on way back than way out. Rolling hills for the terrain. Wanted to keep going. 2 mile cool down, very slow.

Super tired at night. Slept a full 9 hours, felt better and well-rested the next day. But my Glut medius hurt while walking around, so I iced and stretched at night. kind of a nagging pain again, but it's clear the correlation between stretching and tightness/pain.
