Notes

The goal was to try and run about 2:22 marathon pace for the repeats. For the first and the last one I got my 400 splits so I could cailbrate and just ran by feel on the middle two intervals. I wound up hitting around 2:20 pace. It felt super comfortable and relaxed, but they definitely shouldn't feel like a struggle, so that wasn't surprising. 400m jog recovery
