8-10x1000 @ 3:15 pace (I chose to do 10 at a slightly faster pace). 3 min recover (500m jog).

I'd say that's a pretty damn good workout. Everything felt super controlled and relaxed. If I wanted to run a 74 I ran a 74. Most of my intervals were about 75/75/36. Hard to complain about that. It felt good to speed up towards the end so I did. I also kept thinking that I might just do 8. I've wanted to work on being strong in workouts at around the 3/4 mark so at 7 I focused on staying strong. Then on 8 I thought, okay, run this like it's your last interval. But then if it was my last then I wouldn't be doing what I wanted, so I had to do 9. And then if I was going to do 9 I might as well just do the full 10.
