4-6x2k @ 4:50-5:07 pace w/ 600-800 jog recovery
Bing bing bing. Nailed it. Took 800m recovery because it's been a long, hot week and I'm tired. I was planning on doing it this morning but I needed to rest this morning. I'm glad I did wait as the workout was a huge success. I felt so relaxed doing it and hit even splits throughout.
