Soooo glad I made it through this workout. I was exhausted today - in part because my sleep has been a bit restless, but also from the last two days. I never seemed to settle into a rhythm during each interval and my 400m splits were up and down. By #4 I felt really tired. I took a longer break after #5 and then settled into a slower pace. I hit even splits on the slower intervals, which was great.

The weird thing about the workout was that as tired as I was, it was from previous days of running. The workout in itself was easy in a way. 5 minutes felt sooooo relaxed and slow. I know workouts aren't supposed to be all out all the time, but the fact that 5 minute pace felt comfortable was a great sign. I would have liked to have run more even splits, but they were all under the target pace of 5-5:15, so that was good.
