Finally, a longer run! Felt fantastic in terms of hip and other joints and stuff, but i'm clearly not where I was a few weeks ago as the tempo made me sore.

28 minutes faster (5:30 pace)
32 minutes easy
On the cold side. Ran out to lake front along Belmont then headed south. Tempo felt really smooth on the way out and then hit traffic on the way back so 30 minutes turned into 28.
