Oh so terrible. My legs just felt like dead weight. I wound up cutting out early so ran 2 miles @ 10:35, 1.5 miles @ 7:55. I wasn't that disappointed about ending it short. I am worried about the possibility of getting sick. I feel like I've been mostly fending it off for a couple of weeks and it's still lingering. Ugh.
