Hell yeah. I feel like I earned this one with patience. I've been trying to manage everything and sleep as much as possible and I'm starting to feel back to normal. Today's workout was my first sign of recovery. The last few workouts I've either barely managed, had to call it early, or didn't hit pace. Today was a breeze.
