Outdoor track! Woohoo! Not a bad effort. I didn't feel great at first and wasn't sure I'd make it through. i think I'm still struggling to get up the confidence to realize it's okay to be tired and for workouts to be hard. I decided to get through 3 sets and then see about the fourth knowing I'd just do the fourth if I got that far. Plus Aaron ran part of the intervals with me so that helped get me through. The fourth 1000 was definitely the hardest, but I got through and finished with a solid last 600m. The wind was really blowing on the back stretch so I didn't run super even splits, but effort was consistent.
