Notes

I didn't mean to run that far. I had 72 minutes to run and I ran out and back on the bike path and when I mapped it out I had run 11?! The bottom half of my legs was pretty tired, but still had pop in them. Hoping to sleep forever tonight to get some recovery before my workout tomorrow.
