2 mile warm up

12x400m w/ 90sec rest @ 70-75

A better workout. I'm breaking the rust off with each and every 400m. By the end of the workout I felt so much better and more relaxed running a faster pace. I tried to slowly drop the pace down and looking back at my splits I did a great job. Though of holding that 70 sec pace for a 5k or even a 3k right now seems daunting, but I'm getting there (hopefully)
