Notes
Nothing special today. I was hoping to do my workout in the morning on the indoor track, but I misread the schedule and UVM has their practice at 7am, so I wound up just doing it on the treadmill and then lifting. It's been nice getting back to strength training. I got the first 2 800s in on the track before getting kicked off, then had the patience for 6 more on the treadmill.
2.5 mile warm up
8x800 @ 2:30 pace (first 2 on track were 2:28, 2:24, then 2:30 for the next 6. It's easy to hit pace on the treadmill)

3 mile cool down
