Notes
As with Tuesday, today's was much better than last week's workout of the same distance. I started out at 2:40 for my first half, then 2:37, then sort of evened out:

With 1.5 to go I started to feel my legs give out a bit, but otherwise I felt really good - smooth and relaxed. There were lots of cars and construction stuff which made a couple splits off, but otherwise I was relaxed and even. I can't believe I've never broken 32 in the 10k before.
