Increasingly hard on this one. I felt great on the first mile. The 2 mile was pretty damn tough. I actually had to stop for a pit stop just before 1.75, took a short break then finished up. By the last interval my legs were pretty shot. It's a struggle to be mentally strong when I don't feel physically strong. It's coming back, but I still feel like I'm climbing up a hill to get in shape to start really training.
