Generally a terrible day. Cedar's been sick and I only slept about 2 hours last night, but got to nap for about 30 minutes. When I was doing the intervals I felt so alive and fluid and relaxed. And then when I was cooling down I just crashed mentally. Looking forward to a full night of sleep tonight. Fingers crossed.
