Notes
The whole day was rather pleasant. Finally got out in the garden to do some clean up work, which felt great. Got out the door in shorts and shirt, the sun felt incredible. Otherwise, not much to report - legs still pretty tired from the week. A little nervous about tomorrow's long run, but a good long night's rest should have me in working order for the long run. This will be my biggest week in a while, topping 90 if I do the afternoon run tomorrow.
