Pretty fun run out in Richmond. Sophia dropped me off at Owls Head farm and I ran down passed Huntington Gorge to Duxbury and looped back to downtown Richmond, then jumped in the river. Love swimming in the summer! The fartlek felt great. I almost did 5 sets, but 4 felt good enough. Heat was pretty intense (I guess it was 90 in places).
