Notes

Hmmm...kind of frustrating. Felt awesome the first 2k. I was so relaxed and smooth and didn't feel any strain. By about 3k I was tired and at 3.5k I was falling off pace and just didn't have much pop in my legs. I went out too hard, but memory is a tricky thing and 4:51/2 didn't feel hard at all.
