6x200, 200, 400 @ fast with 200 jog between, 3 min between sets
Felt pretty damn wiped out by the end, but this was a workout I wanted to complete all the way through. I can't really remember doing a workout this fast in a long while. I took a nap after and my legs are feeling pretty drained. I'll be soaking up the 2 easy days before Thursday's workout.
