Notes

Not a particularly inspired run. I warmed up long (about 3.5 or 4) then got on BHS's track.

4 sets of 200, 200, 400 with equal recovery.

I felt somewhat stiff throughout the workout. Pace was supposed to be at 4:47-4:55/mi pace, but I decided to go faster. Well, not so much decided, but just did go faster. I wound up running 34s for all the 200s except a few 32s or 33s. My quarters were on the same pace, 68, 67, 70, 67. I'm really not sure about the 70 as it didn't feel slow while I was running it.

Cooldown was shorter, about 2 miles. I felt like my stride felt a bit strained, not like I was hurting or like I'm getting injured, but just a bit clunky on the whole. I think I've been pretty spent after this week of work, lots of time in the sun. Slept last night for about 9 hours - passed out immediately and didn't wake up once.
