2.5 mile warmup
Tired going into the race, but felt like a strong effort was in order today and I rose to the challenge. Wanted to run 5:40 for the first one, 5:35s for the 2nd, 5:30s for the 3rd, 5:35s for the 4th and whatever for the last. I was faster on all of them and felt pretty relaxed doing it. I can feel myself getting sick or near the tipping point, so I'm going to sleep loads tonight and keep eating and hydrating.
