Notes

Wanted to do the intervals on the indoor track, but alas, there was a meet so that didn't fly. Wound up warming up about 3.5 miles then 6x90s hill repeats up Spear St (then one on way back) for a total of 7. Felt really good. About #5 I was feeling pretty tired. This is the first focused "speed" work that I've down, so I wasn't surprised. I can feel my hip, but nothing serious at this point. I'm sort of held in stagnation. 2 mile cool down.
