Not a bad workout. This was one of those workouts that reminds me of why I warm up. I was pretty sluggish out the door and it took me a couple of miles to get my legs going. I slept about 9.5 hours last night and took an hour and a half nap before heading out the door. I'm tired again tonight. Looking forward to an easy run tomorrow and Saturday to get some life back in my legs.
