2 mile cool down
Well, shit. That was hard. I got up late so couldn't go this morning when it was cool. I thought my UVM ID still worked but I guess it expired last week so my plan to do it on the indoor track didn't pan out. Instead I slogged through the miles on the outdoor track at 11am in the sun and hot hot heat/humidity. Ugh.
