Pretty good workout. Couldn't quite slow down to hit pace, but was feeling pretty relaxed on each interval so I didn't worry about it. Also the track is 160m so I just switched to 2 or 4 laps for the 300m/600m intervals so I didn't have to think in fractions of laps for each interval. Nice to stretch out my legs on the last interval too. Rest was perfect and consistent. Lifted a little afterwards, but too crowded.
