To the top of inspiration point and back at sunset. really dark. saw a bobcat on the way back (or at least its silhouette). super beautiful out. i had a long day of work off of 6 hours of sleep so tonight i'm going to take it easy and do some catch up. i'm thinking about doing a tough work out tomorrow morning on the track, maybe something like patrick did a while ago (1m, 2m, 1m, 2m at 5:00/mile pace)
