Notes

Easy 2 mile warm up then 6 x Spruce Hill. Remarkably consistent pace, getting slightly faster towards the end. Each with 4 minute recovery. I wasn't able to get out the door until super late tonight (9:30pm) so it was a fun sort of secret run. I felt strong and steady on the hill section then light and easy on the flats. Overall a great run, but would have rather done it earlier in the day.
