Hot dog. Again. So this was a pretty tough workout, but they all seem to be these days. I'm not super stoked with how it went with both overall timing and pacing, but it was also pretty gratifying given the context of my weekly mileage and doing 3 workouts/week. I tried to hit 74s with only getting my 1k and 2k splits and I was pretty good at it, but mostly slowed down each 1k. By the end I was pretty tired and while I felt really relaxed I also felt like I was pushing pretty hard to only get a little extra boost to stay on pace. But at the end of writing that, I look back and see 4 3ks at 9:20 pace and I'm thinking that's a pretty good workout.

Overall, I'm handling the volume and intensity of the workload well. I'm feeling like I need to be on top of everything with nutrition, sleep, managing stress, staying hydrated to keep up with the running. And luckily I've mostly been able to do all that. And I'm continually impressed with what I'm accomplishing in workouts and my consistency. This is easily the toughest training block I've done and I'm stoked with how it's going on the whole.
