Great long run out in Essex with Jim, Alex, and Julie. Super relaxed pace so didn't mind going a bit farther than was on the schedule, especially since yesterday's race didn't pan out. Finished at uptempo with Jim at maybe 6:15 pace or so. Felt great the whole way through. Hard not to on a sunny 40 degree morning.
